I believe you have outdone yourself on this one. You started out with a Bryan Danielson/Kurt Angle promo which is one of the best, if not the best promo, that I have ever heard. You went on detail for almost everything, and had every bit of detail. Rob Van Dam vs Samoa Joe is amazing. These two styles mixed together again, and you have one hell of a match. Abyss vs Shawn Michaels is another great match. Way to mix up the different styles of wrestling between the two in that match. The 6 man match is perfect with awesome wrestlers in the match.
The PPV card is looking awesome. Bryan Danielson vs Kurt Angle, Triple H vs Shawn Michaels, Aj Styles vs John Morrison, and so many more, already, that card looks insane!EWW Raw come rate the show?

When WILL THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TAKE BACK THEIR REPUBLIC FROM THE CONTROL OF US CORPORATE GOVERNMENT?

No doubt about the search results regarding the complete ‘federalization’ or ‘corporatization’ of the purported ‘government’. Nothing about the “United States” or “UNITED STATES” is as it appears or is commonly presumed to be. How Do You Feel About The Genesis on Smackdown?
Since Raw passed, nxt 2 superstars will be on Smackdown (gag), most likely forming a stable called the Genesis (gag again). Now why would WWE want to take up 20 minutes out of a 2 hour show to promote half of a team that can't wrestle, half of a team that doesn't fit the gimmick, and half of a team that doesn't get the promo they deserve, into one fun-filled team that has to attack in numbers because they suck as individuals over and over again for eternity...is beyond me. We most likely will have McGillicutty as leader who has no charisma at all, Titus O'Neill who makes seal calls and has a nice looking finisher (that's literally all he has), Eli Cottonwood who is as intimidating as a mouse (maybe they can partially fix that), Alex Riley a nice wrestler, but with a high school jock image that looks rather stale next to an invasion group, Percy Watson who looks like he belongs in the invasion group as much as doink the clown does, and finally the only two that really fit in the design, Lucky Cannon and Husky Harris. Harris is a natural terrorrizer, and for those who know Lucky Cannon a bit better then just on NXT, you'll know all about his alter-ego Johnny Prime, maybe they'll drop him on his head again and switch back. The facts are the genesis is pretty much going to suck, and any hope of it not sucking was squashed when they weren't going to appear on Raw or join The Nexus.How Do You Feel About The Genesis on Smackdown?

How much could I get for these games at GameStop?
Hey. I am currently cleaning out old stock of PS2, GameBoy Advanced, GameBoy Color, and Nintendo DS games. I want to trade the games in that I know I'll never use. The problem is, I have to decide whether or not I should trade them in to GameStop or Entertainmart. So I'm looking for an estimate on how much GameStop will give me for my games. (I hope to use the profits towards a PS3.)
A total amount of money I will most likely get is good, but if you can get specific prices or averages per game that would help a lot.

Are bank employees in India truely protested by their union leaders from the excesses of bank management?
This refers to 9th bipartite settlement signed by Banks and Trade union leaders of bank employees on 27th April 2010 which contains a lot of divisive and discriminatory clauses. Writs have been filed in various high courts against the said settlement and Madras High Court has even granted interim stay on illegal and unjustified recovery from PF opteees who have been given a second chance to switch over to pension optees segment of employees in the said agreement. Contesting defendants in the court called as AIBEA or AIBOC have filed an affidavit that they represent majority of employees and tried to justify the disputed clause on this plea.
Are AIBEA or AIBOC representing 90% of employees entitled to introduce any whimsical clause in Bipartite Settlement, frame any whimsical policy or sign any illegal agreement even if it violates the existing book of laws, spirit of the Constitution, fundamental right of equality before law?
It appears to me as if majority of employees have empowered union leaders to do whatever suits to them. This is why they are negotiating with the management on posting, transfer of their friends, relatives, and flatterers, reducing punishment of their corrupt colleagues and similarly recommending promotion of officers through members of Interview panel. Union leaders are godfather of 90% of employees and hence they are blackmailing with the management on waiver of big loans and taking their share in the cake. They are all in all for majority of employees and hence they have shut their eyes on manipulation carried out by the management in balance sheets, turned their blind eyes on shortage of manpower in branches, whimsical transfers of a good number of good officers to remote places , prevailing corrupt practices in loans and advances, rampant corruption in contractual works undertaken by banks to open branches, ATMs or in renovation work, transfer of employees, promotion of employees and so on..........................
But court do not consider this fact whether a union represents 90 % of employee or 9% of employees. Even if one person is cheated by bank management, court is not supposed to accept the logic of Trade Union leaders only because they represent majority of employees. Postmedia News December 9, 2010 OTTAWA — A landmark deal is at hand between Canada and the United States to form a trade and security perimeter around the continent with an eye to easing the flow of goods and people across the border, the National Post is reporting.
Called the New Border Vision, the pact could be signed as early as January by Prime Minister Stephen Harper and President Barack Obama.
It is unofficially anticipated that the plan will be on the agenda when U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visits Ottawa on Monday. But officially, the perimeter pact is still below the radar.
“No such announcement is planned,” a spokesman for Public Safety Minister Vic Toews told the National Post. “We don’t comment on hearsay or speculation.” Nor would a spokesman for the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa comment on the matter.
But according to people familiar with the plan, The New Border Vision is being billed as a border management system that will include new common consumer product regulations, a pre-clearance agreement for goods crossing the border to expedite waiting times and the use of advanced technology to utilize biometric data for travellers at airports and land crossings, reports say.
The use of the term “perimeter” is also revealing as such a term would not have been used earlier in the decade due to sensitivities about Canadian sovereignty.
Colin Robertson, a senior research fellow with the Canadian Defence and Foreign Affairs Institute, told the National Post the agreement is an attempt by the Canadian government to link security to improved access to the U.S. for Canadians.
“‘Perimeter’ is a vital word because back in the Chretien government days we couldn’t use it because we would get caught up in the sovereignty allergy we too often have,” he said. “It makes a lot of sense.”
“It’s big on ideals but maybe not so great on details,” one person familiar with the negotiations told the National Post. “But it does use the word ‘perimeter’ many times . . . The question is, will it reduce the compliance burden at the Canada-U.S. border?”
Last March, the U.S. signed a similar agreement with Mexico. It aims to expedite travel and commerce such as secure transit lanes for pre-cleared rail and truck shipments, as well as passenger pre-clearance for individuals.
Robertson said he anticipates that the deal will be popular with the business community. But another business person was skeptical. “A vision without money,” he said, “is a hallucination.”
Canada and the U.S. have taken some steps to ease border congestion —_notably the NEXUS membership card and Free and Secure Trade (FAST) trusted traveller programs as a valid means of identification at the border.

Postmedia News December 9, 2010 OTTAWA — A landmark deal is at hand between Canada and the United States to form a trade and security perimeter around the continent with an eye to easing the flow of goods and people across the border, the National Post is reporting.
Called the New Border Vision, the pact could be signed as early as January by Prime Minister Stephen Harper and President Barack Obama.
It is unofficially anticipated that the plan will be on the agenda when U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visits Ottawa on Monday. But officially, the perimeter pact is still below the radar.
“No such announcement is planned,” a spokesman for Public Safety Minister Vic Toews told the National Post. “We don’t comment on hearsay or speculation.” Nor would a spokesman for the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa comment on the matter.
But according to people familiar with the plan, The New Border Vision is being billed as a border management system that will include new common consumer product regulations, a pre-clearance agreement for goods crossing the border to expedite waiting times and the use of advanced technology to utilize biometric data for travellers at airports and land crossings, reports say.
The use of the term “perimeter” is also revealing as such a term would not have been used earlier in the decade due to sensitivities about Canadian sovereignty.
Colin Robertson, a senior research fellow with the Canadian Defence and Foreign Affairs Institute, told the National Post the agreement is an attempt by the Canadian government to link security to improved access to the U.S. for Canadians.
“‘Perimeter’ is a vital word because back in the Chretien government days we couldn’t use it because we would get caught up in the sovereignty allergy we too often have,” he said. “It makes a lot of sense.”
“It’s big on ideals but maybe not so great on details,” one person familiar with the negotiations told the National Post. “But it does use the word ‘perimeter’ many times . . . The question is, will it reduce the compliance burden at the Canada-U.S. border?”
Last March, the U.S. signed a similar agreement with Mexico. It aims to expedite travel and commerce such as secure transit lanes for pre-cleared rail and truck shipments, as well as passenger pre-clearance for individuals.
Robertson said he anticipates that the deal will be popular with the business community. But another business person was skeptical. “A vision without money,” he said, “is a hallucination.”
Canada and the U.S. have taken some steps to ease border congestion —_notably the NEXUS membership card and Free and Secure Trade (FAST) trusted traveller programs as a valid means of identification at the border.
But more serious steps have failed.
In 2005, the so-called Security and Prosperity Partnership was signed by former prime minister Paul Martin, ex-U.S. president George W. Bush and former Mexican president Vicente Fox.
The SPP was aimed at reducing the cost of trade and improving the flow of people and information but became a lightning rod for criticism. It was savaged in the U.S. by CNN anchor Lou Dobbs who argued it was part of a plan to merge the U.S., Canada and Mexico into a North American Union.
By 2009, all three governments had abandoned the SPP, which is “no longer an active initiative,” according to its website.

The United States remains more powerful (by far) than Canada, Mexico, or any other country in North or Central America. To suggest there is some sort of North American union anywhere near what the EU represents is simply incorrect.
The revolution started without us, it's the revolution against our Liberty, and we are losing because not enough people even know it's happening, and most people don't even know about the North American Union which has been in the works for a VERY long time, and just one step was the SPP which started in 2005.
Why on earth would Canada want to take over the USA. Don't think so.

How Wrestlemania 27 could be better +WQ?
WrestleMania XXVII is right around the corner and with 1 Raw and 0 SmackDowns left, the card is pretty much set. Triple H vs. Undertaker is bound to be a great match as it features the company's two most iconic stars. Orton vs. Punk should be a great match with two very good superstars going one-on-one. Then you have Alberto Del Rio... he's been with the company for less than a year and he's already getting a World Title match in the main event of WrestleMania. But that's what's already been set up. So what else could WWE do to make the best pay-per-view of the year even better?
Here's what: First, there needs to be more specialty matches. The only one that there really is right now is the No Holds Barred between 'Taker and HHH. Why not add a steel cage match? Or a ladder match? It would exciting to see Randy Orton battle CM Punk inside of a steel cage, especially since all of Nexus is banned from ringside. Plus, The Viper is ruthless and these two obviously have a lot of hatred for each other. Inside of a cage, this match could potentially steal the show. They could also have a ladder match too. The Intercontinental Championship is not on the line as of yet at 'Mania. Since there's most likely no more Money in the Bank at this pay-per-view, why not replace it with a ladder match for the title. Here's a list of potential competitors in this match: Wade Barrett (obviously), Kofi Kingston, Drew McIntyre, Chris Masters, Jack Swagger, and Christian.
Secondly, there is so much wasted talent not on the card yet. While WWE could add an extra match or two on tomorrow night's Raw or throw in a last minute bout at WrestleMania itself, it doesn't look like we'll see too many more matches added to the card at this point. The aforementioned competitors in my ladder match are the prime example of this. Those guys are so talented and definitely deserve a spot on the card at this year's event. Some examples of good Superstars who are aren't on this year's card are: Big Show, Christian, Kofi Kingston, Drew McIntyre, Chris Masters, Jack Swagger, Evan Bourne, Kane, Corre members, New Nexus members (other than Punk), and Ted DiBiase. Most of these guys are mid to upper-mid carders right now. Christian was even in the main event on the last three SmackDowns and he's still not on the card!
Third, John Morrison and Dolph Ziggler shouldn't be in a mixed tag match at a pay-per-view of this caliber. Especially in a match that involves Snooki. We all saw the great matches in the Morrison/Sheamus feud. And we all remember the Daniel Bryan vs. Dolph Ziggler bout at Night of Champions. They should just have Morrison and Ziggler square off one-on-one and have Trish and Snooki face LayCool in a separate match.
Fourth, have an episode of SmackDown the Friday before WrestleMania! If you haven't heard yet, there won't be one this coming Friday. It would be a great way to hype up the biggest event of the year and throw some last minute matches on the card. Many of the Superstars who aren't on the card that I mentioned before are on Smackdown. So why not add them to matches on their brand's show. They really should've put them on the card already if they're not even going to have SmackDown this week. I also think that the Edge/Del Rio feud needs a just a bit more build up.
Fifth, add Christian to the World Heavyweight Title Match. You'd have to remove him from my IC Title Ladder Match though, but oh well. He is 37 years old and has never won a World Title before. He definitely deserves a shot especially after all he's done with the company. He's so underrated and receives a huge pop every time he comes out. Also, he's been feuding with Del Rio in recent weeks. His friendship and tag team with Edge is just another reason to toss him into the mix at WrestleMania. This potential match could be the match of the year if they just made it a Triple Threat TLC Match for the title. This would be a great way to really give him what he deserves. They don't need to give the belt to him multiple times, they just need to give him an opportunity at the title and just one reign.
Finally, every championship should be on the line. This may not be Night of Champions, but nonetheless, it's the best pay-per-view of the year. The two World Titles are obviously on the line. And the US Title is on the line. We are left with the Intercontinental Title, the WWE Tag Team Titles, and the Diva's Title. I'm mentioning it once again, but you have the Intercontinental Title Ladder Match I previously suggested. For the Tag Team Titles, you could have Big Show %26amp; Kane vs. Gabriel %26amp; Slater. And maybe have a Battle Royal for the Diva's Title. If not, you could have Awesome Kong make her debut and face off against Eve one-on-one.

The thing that annoys me most is the John Morrison/Dolph Ziggler match....that has the potential to be awesome if it was just those 2 in a singles match, maybe make it a cage match (with escape over the tope of the cage only rules) or something but putting them in an intergender match with Snooki just feels like it's going to be a throwaway comedy segement and nothing more.
WQ: Christian, I hope. There's maybe no guy in WWE more deserving of a world title at the moment, he's paid his dues 100 times over.

The thing that annoys me most is the John Morrison/Dolph Ziggler match....that has the potential to be awesome if it was just those 2 in a singles match, maybe make it a cage match (with escape over the tope of the cage only rules) or something but putting them in an intergender match with Snooki just feels like it's going to be a throwaway comedy segement and nothing more.

1. Why get an XL. The 3DS can do all and more. If you get a DSi, it will be outdated in a year. The 3DS is like the Wii to the GameCube.

Alright, first of all, if you're getting a DSi, don't get the XL. The XL was made for older gamers who have trouble viewing the screen and text. It has a way shorter battery life and it's performance is way worse than a normal DSi. I don't really understand why any kid would want a bigger version of a DSi that has horrible battery power. It's not worth it. A handheld console is called a handheld, because you should be able to take it around with you on long trips or for other use. A DSi XL would just not be worth it. I suggest you purchase a DSi and get your money's worth.

1. Why get an XL. The 3DS can do all and more. If you get a DSi, it will be outdated in a year. The 3DS is like the Wii to the GameCube.

Alright, first of all, if you're getting a DSi, don't get the XL. The XL was made for older gamers who have trouble viewing the screen and text. It has a way shorter battery life and it's performance is way worse than a normal DSi. I don't really understand why any kid would want a bigger version of a DSi that has horrible battery power. It's not worth it. A handheld console is called a handheld, because you should be able to take it around with you on long trips or for other use. A DSi XL would just not be worth it. I suggest you purchase a DSi and get your money's worth.

A member of Parliament's Standing Committee on Petroleum and Natural Gas, Tapan Sen 鈥?a Rajya Sabha member from the Communist Party of India (Marxist) spoke on the alleged irregularities, the indifferent attitude of the Prime Minister and PMO, and the nexus between RIL and the UPA government in gas exploration in the KG Basin (excerpts from the interview):
The UPA government has been in denial mode on corruption in the KG Basin D-6 block. It is dragging its feet and does not want to take on a private contractor who has indulged in unjust drainage of the national exchequer... Gold-plating was done to get a bigger profit in whichever manner possible. Allowing gold-plating at the beginning and then hiking the gas price to almost what had been demanded by the private contractor indicated a nexus at the highest level..
What was being done was so visible right from day-one. It all began with the submission of the field development plan (FDP) by RIL. The initial FDP was for production of 40 mmscmd [million metric standard cubic metres per day] of gas at a cost of $2.47 billion. Subsequently, the FDP was amended and the production target was raised to 80 mmscmd but the FDP went up four times to a whopping $8.84 billion. The whole FDP was approved by the Director-General of Hydrocarbons, V.K. Sibal, who is facing CBI investigations now, in 33 days flat. How could such a big cost escalation be approved in just 33 days, that too when doubts had been raised inside and outside Parliament?
The matter is linked to energy, which is very important and a lifeline for the people and the country. This issue has brought out the holes in the system and questions the integrity of the whole system of governance. The irregularities in KG Basin D-6 block need to be probed on top priority.

The whole affairs need a cost benefit analysis right from the beginning and the special quality of technology being adopted by RIL..The reason for not awarding this to ONGC which has experience and expertise is to be found out.Unfortunately, UPA Government is ignoring Cost,social benefit and overall impact of the exploration etc in the award of the contract.

Nation is at much risk under the UPA / Congress rulers. Their activities in most financial involvements are all suspect. One does not know in how many more depts such massive drain of revenue had been incurred by deliberate wrong decisions to benefit the trade interests, for earining kickbacks.
The excessive role of money in elections is one factor for increasing corruption and this play of money has to be curtailed besides reforms in election system to elect true representatives of the majority of voting public!Should the government launch a full-fledged investigation into the KG basin operations of RIL?
Yes an honest investigation in the lines of perhaps the Spectrum (under court's supervision) would be useful at least to stall the dare devil activities of Govt to squander public resources for a pittance in order to get kickbacks by officials and politicians and to extract funds for election expenses!
But even the Spectrum investigations are said tobe much less than desired, in the absence of open efforts to cover up some people's roles, totally ignore the roles of some big fish and so forth. Not even 10% of revenue lost had been located while at least 50% of loss should have been shared among major players!
The Space dept scandal had virtually faded from news. Obviously the sources of leak have been plugged. National Biodiversity Authority's dubious roles in frittering away national interests have also been totally blacked out, beyond the CAG report that appeared in the Press! Isn't it sickening that Ruling politicians, top bureacrats and even elite scientists are throwing salutary values to winds and succumb to corrupt practices!
So we may not expect much from the investigations of CBI if the present rulers who are the suspects, continue in office. But yes, we have to insist for an investigation anyway however subjective it is likely to turn up over time. When I go to Atlanta in a few weeks to see Mania, I am looking forward to this match. This will be a great battle with no Nexus. Both men are in their prime (in my opinion) and they are on the grandest stage of them all. Think about it: Del Rio and Miz are still young stars who really can't put up a 5 star match (at the moment). Triple H vs Undertaker is two old guys who are still injured fighting it on in what will be a slow pace match.

2.Longevity leads to corruption.More than corruption the point raised has tendency to messup due to comfort of office and coercive nexus the management may indulge with the auditor.Also an auditor is not an employee he is in a position often questioning the management.Can a questioner have independence in the longrun without being much influenced by the management often baptised.
3.CEO often have a performance based term which is quite shorter and is comparable to a position of CFO i dont think we are comparing the roles of auditor to that of a CEO(owner-manager role)
4.Sarbanes did intend to grant more responsibilities but never intended to estopp authority on independent directors.The vision was to make independent appoitments to peep into the corporate veil and on behalf of the stakeholder in comparison to shareholders.
