What smartphone should I get?

My upgrade is today and I've held off upgrading because I want to make a really good decision.

I am mixed between the

Motorola Droid RAZR

Samsung Nexus Prime

iPhone 4S

What do you think I should do? Hold off and get one of the Androids in November or just give in and get the iPhone 4S? Currently I have a Droid Incredible and while I do love the thing, there are several significant flaws with it that I'm hoping one of these three new phones can make up for. Thanks.

All of them would be a huge upgrade over the Droid Incredible... I had that phone and it was good for its time, but it's now outdated and slow compared to all 3 you've mentioned.

iPhone 4S is alright, but imo the screen is just too small. It does have the best camera out of the bunch though.
I've been an Android user, and iPhone user, and what I can pass to you is that Apple iPhones are extremely reliable. If you ever do have a problem with your iPhone, there will be a nearby Apple store for it to be at least looked at by a trained profession. Androids are infamous for having unreliable software, but always have fantastic and newest hardware, as where iPhone uses tested and reliable hardware, even if they're a few months behind. Also, iPhones keep their value, as opposed to a droid. In one year, there will be 100's of droids that are newer and better than the current droid you have, as for iPhone there will only be one new one. Good Luck!What smartphone should I get?
