Best prepaid phone provider?

My youngest son rarely ever uses his phone. It is only for emergencies and on most months he doesn't even talk on the phone for 5 mins. We want to get him a prepaid phone, but where would the best deal be?

If you're in the UK, the best deal I've found is 拢10 for 250 minutes, with unlimited texts and data, and unlimited calls to same network. You can also pay 拢15 for 400 mintes. For you're son i would say a basic tracPhone. the phones are about 10 dollars and the plans are about the same plan, it runs off of minutes, text messages are half a minute and once you run out of minutes you can't use it anymore except for 911.



and on the Nexus Prime, i would say ALOT, its a major flagship device, verizons first ice cream sandwhich processor phone and with tmobile breaking the curve from 199.99 to 259.99, i'm guessing verizon is gonna follow, and WITHOUT the two year contract it might as well double in price.
