Does anybody know anything legit about the Nexus Prime?

lol these guys are funny but wrong, the phone comes equiped with ics the new version of android operating system, it has a 8mp back camera with 1080p video recording with 2mp front camera, 1gb of ram, 16gb internal storage with sd card slot up to 32gb, and to top it off a 4.65 inch super amoled plus display with a resolution of 1280x720 giving the phone a ppi ( pixels per inch ) of 315 which is above the human eye retina which is only able to see 300 ppi . oh yeah and it runs on 4g lte with a dual core 1.5 ghz ti omap proccesor ensuring no lag

I heard it was gonna have a T.A.R.D.I.S. processor 14.5 Ghz quad core, and will be on a new carrier Gallifrey Mobile.Does anybody know anything legit about the Nexus Prime?
My sources have told me they licensed the A5 processor from apple and the device will have 4 gigs of on board memory and a 5.1 inch screen.
