The Moto Razr looks sweet, but we don't really know too much about it yet. I believe it has an AMOLED display, dual core CPU and probably 1 GB of RAM.

The Nexus Prime looks like it will be a beast. It is made by my favorite company, Samsung, with my favorite OS, Android.

You're first choice is iOS vs. Android. If you answer iOS, then your choice is pretty easy. If you want Android, the next thing is whether you want a plain Android experience (Nexus) or a Motorola skin over it. The Nexus will have the better screen, and probably the better specs. But some people really like the skins.

The Android phones will have more RAM, and more powerful processors. The iPhone has an 800 MHz dual core, while both Androids will be rocking 1.2GHz and great. The real decisions to be made are the OS and the skins.
At just over a half-inch thick, the quad-band Motorola RAZR V3 is the perfect combination of sleek design and powerful features. With long-range Bluetooth, support for video playback, a VGA (640 x 480) camera and a gorgeous color screen, the RAZR V3 is everything you're looking for in a stylish mobile companion.IPhone 4S, Motorola Razr, Or Nexus Prime?
for speed and high quality design with a large screen - nexus prime- fastest phone ever

for those professional photographers who want a perfect photo that looks barely different than the other two, also fastest offline loading times(idk why you need to load stuff any faster offline)- iphone

No offense but don't ask a stupid question like this its worthless u should go by what phone you think you would like best and would be a good price and if it fit for you go by your perspective not other people good luck :-)
I had a razr 4 years ago...it sucks compared to today's phones...shouldn't even be in the discussion to be honest.
