Should I get Iphone 4S or Nexus Prime?

I have an Original Droid 1, that is just getting worse and worse. My birthday is coming up on the 26th and I kind of want a phone by then maybe a little longer if necessary. I really like the new 4S because of the camera, design( always had a thing for the iPhone 4 design), and Siri. I also really like the Samsung nexus prime, or so called Galaxy Nexus. If you have never seen it, look it up, it has amazing specs and the next version of android which uses the android 3.0ish interface which looks quite sexy. it also has a 4.7 inch HD screen but screen size isn't a deal breaker. Nexus isn't that established though and more people are going to buy the 4S! Ive always wanted an iPhone so that kinda influences me but I can't just entirely ignore the Prime, or the Vigor, or Bionic.Should I get Iphone 4S or Nexus Prime?
Here are several important differences between iPhone 4S and Galaxy Nexus. http://pptgarden.blogspot.com/2011/10/po…

If I were you, I will buy iPhone 4S, maybe just for Steve Jobs.
Here's the deal. If you haven't own an iPhone before, and you have the budget, I suggest you buy 4S immediately since its performance is highly different with any Android phone.

Now, if you're an Android purist and settling in for a phone with high-end specs on paper. You can get Nexus Prime -- forget Bionic or Vigor since those phones will become irrelevant two months from now.

But I highly suggest you get an iPhone just so you know how it feels like.Should I get Iphone 4S or Nexus Prime?

I would get a iPhone 4S, and if you don't like iOS then you can get a andriod for your next phone. I like the iphone because it just came out and data supposed to be supper fast
NEXUS PRIME. The Android system will soon be the most popular. They're both very capable phones, you'll be VERY happy with either. The nexus prime has better and more advanced hardware though.

also Samsung makes the screen, processor and memory for apple devices so you know its better!
I also have the original Motorola Droid and it is on its last leg right now. However, the reason I am patiently waiting until this holiday season to get a new smartphone is because I want to make sure I get a phone that has ALL of these things:

1. Dual core processor - Soon we will be seeing quad core processors but as of right now dual core devices are the fastest. Apple's iPhone 4S has an A5 dual core chip clocked at 1.2GHz but everyone who knows anything about Apple knows they turn these processors down for the sake of battery life. The speed is more in the 0.8-1 GHz range.

2. 4G LTE - With service providers rolling out their 4G networks across the country, it just makes sense to have a 4G capable phone. The 4S is not 4G capable.

3. GOOGLE - Now Apple has FINALLY come out with iCloud. Google has had this for a while and frankly, I like it much better. Not to mention when I went to try out iCloud I found out it was $20/year for 10 GB. Google is completely free. I have 19 GB of music stored onto my Google account, not to mention my documents, contacts, emails, photos and the backup files for my phone's apps if something should happen to it.

4. Front Facing Camera - Most new smartphones have this including the Prime and the 4S

5. HDMI connectivity. iPhone has the AirPlay, but you have to buy the $99 Apple TV and that's just for your tv on your Wi-Fi network. HDMI fits every HD tv or HD projector so you can watch movies, videos and show presentations via your smartphone without expensive equipment.

6. NFC (Near Field Communications) - This is something that you will be seeing A LOT in the future. Just by tapping an NFC capable device with another you can share contacts, photos, business cards, even make a purchase. For some reason Apple has yet to offer this on their devices.

Now the Nexus Prime will have probably have 5 out of 6 of these things. I'm not sure it will come with an HDMI out which would be a bummer, but it would still be a phone that would not be obsolete in 3 months. Even with faster devices coming out every month the Nexus Prime will be able to hold its own for a ways down the road and will receive OS updates first due to Google's "Nexus" tag. If the iPhone 5 had been announced instead of the 4S things would be much different, but the 4S is just a placeholder for sales until the 5 is released. Go with the Nexus Prime or HTC Vigor.
