What will be better, Android 4.0 or IOS5?

What will the differences be between android and ios5? I am debating whether to get the iPhone 4s or wait until the anroid nexus prime... I heard android is more "powerful" but I do not know why?

I will say that Android 4.0 is mainly focus on redesign of the OS. It is suppose to combine the phone and tablet OS into a unified one whole. So, with that, they will make some very enticing changes and improvements, and add a few features here and there. Here are a few examples: They are aiming to vanish physical hardware buttons, and make them software buttons. They also changed the way you multitask, by redesigning and improving it. They have also included facial recognition. Everything is a different color scheme, and looks modified. So, it mostly focuses on a redesign and improvement of features that already exist. But, for iOS, they have included some large feature enhancements. Like the Siri voice commands, Notification Center, iMessages, Reminders, Twitter integration, camera enhancements, news stand, pc free, and safari/photo enhancements.

Hardware wise, the iPhone hasn't changed much on the outside, but it has an AMAZING camera, faster processor, better antennas, etc. The nexus prime is suppose to have a giant 4.6inch 720p HD screen, made by Samsung, a curved screen, NFC, no capacitive buttons, a fast processor, and better cameras. So, the Nexus Prime hardware looks more appealing, but the software looks kind of ugly and lately I have not been a fan of android. It is laggy, ugly, crashes, horrible battery life, and customazation features ware off after use. But Apple has a fast, simple, and elegant look with many improved features and great media services. So this is my two-sense, i suggest you go to the links and check out the videos and info about each one so you can see both and make a good choice.

Do not upgrade to the iPhone 4S if you have an iPhone 4. If you have an iPhone 3GS or older or this is your first phone well get the iPhone 4S.
