Should I buy the GS2 or wait for the GS3 or Galaxy Nexus?

I am not sure whether I should go for the GS2 right now and then upgrade it to ICS or to wait for the nexus prime release next month or the GS3 release next year. The problem is that the Nexus Prime might not be in my budget and the GS3 might take a whole six months from now to release although its rumored specs are really good.
