Iphone 4s 3g speed vs 4g speed?

So It's announced the the iPhone 4s gets up to 14mbps (bits not bytes). How fast is 4g compared to this? I'm trying to debate between this and the Nexus Prime coming out soon. I own pretty much everything Apple so an iPhone would make sense as my first smart phone.Iphone 4s 3g speed vs 4g speed?
The new iPhone is the same speed as 4g. Also, I'd recommend it over the Nexus Prime.

Alright here's how it works... you have 3G HSPA (iPhone 4S) --%26gt; 4G HSPA+ --%26gt; 4G LTE (blows prior two away). The Nexus Prime has 4G LTE and you'll get real-world download speeds of 20-30Mbps, and that will likely improve as Verizon continues to work on their LTE network. Everyone I know at some point wishes they had an iPhone. I used to be an android fan but in the real world android phones do have features that out weigh the iPhone's but they are just not worth it. iPhone has a reliable touch screen that works very well, battery life that will last you all day, and support for thousands and thousands of apps,you have apple to go to for any problem, a whole jailbreak community if you wanna have android on your iPhone or customize it. It's like windows computer versus macs. Windows have more features but is a platform that is over many computers that all are usually brought out quickly as possible. Macs are made over years of research but have less features. Windows have more compatiblity than macs but the opposite is true for iPhones versus android. iPhones are way more compatible than android phones. iPhone 4s I think is worth getting unless u wanna wait a year for the new one, which will have more features but it's a year away.

If your AT%26amp;T it will have 4g speed. Check your coverage for it before you buy.
