Is their anyway to mod skyrim to get HD look?

I was looking on youtube and saw the sick Nightingale Prime outfit but this Mod was downloaded on the PC. Is their anyway i can download this Mod to my xbox 360 (Mod located at Skyrim Nexus or check youtube to see it) or is there any mod like this in Modio? It would be cool to play skyrim with an HD armor...
