Would you rather have the iPhone 4s or the Nexus Prime?

Ive been a huge fan of apple for a long time and I'm gonna get the 4s this December, but then I saw the nexus prime and I knew that this was gonna be a hard decision. To make matters worse, id like to jailbreak my 4s if I get it but you can't do that to an android. So pretend that the nexus prime was for sale now. What would you choose? iPhone 4s or Nexus Prime?Would you rather have the iPhone 4s or the Nexus Prime?
Galaxy Nexus FTW: 1.2 gig dual-core processor and has been overclocked up to 1.5 gigs in FCC testing to apple's A5 chip 1 gig processor, 1 gig ram vs iphone 4s only 512mb ram, pure google android which means smoother running than say motorala add-ons that slow or mess up the software. No bloatware, no forced apps that you can't delete if you don't need that takes up memory. Android 4.0 which is a combination of phone technology and tablet technology blended into one, Ice Cream sandwich : Apple has iOS5 which is very smooth running but not that much different from last. 2 combining into 1. Iphone 4s pixel density is a lil better 330 ppi to Nexus 316ppi but you can only tell if you literally use a magnifying glass. iPhone won't have 4g/lte But nexus will. Also the nexus screen is 4.65 inches to apples 3.5 inch screen.

Best part is what you have to pay for in apple's appstore, tv, movies, apps, and other stuff you can get for free with android because tv and movies you can just watch on the web with flash player and more free apps than you can shake a stick at with androids market. Apple only gets about 15% of the media on the internet. The reason Apple doesn't want flash capability is because they'll lose a lot of profit from their appstore which you would get free with android and flash. Also GPS voice navigation preinstalled on phone already which you'll have to pay for with apple.

The nexus will also have NFC (Near Field Communication) which allows phone to make transactions w/out needing your wallet and syncing with other phones with NFC, pice, vids, games movies, etc.
FYI Siri uses google's search for all the answers you ask of it, lol. Apple took and looks like they copied google voice but they tweaked the heck out of it for better user friendliness which is pretty cool.
